We do a lot of work behind the scenes in due diligence and setting up your account so we can transfer your commission advance in the quickest possible time and for this we ask for a small percentage discount on the commission we advance you

We discount your commission on either one of two scales these are:

Advance Scale 1: Supplier Agreement

Supplier Agreement – As the Sales Agent you will have a Supplier who you contract to via an Agency Agreement, Re-Seller Agreement or contract for the sale of goods or services. We have and will endeavor to have agreements with Suppliers that help support you in smoothing out your cash flow rather than waiting 30, 40 or 60 days or more to get paid on the hard work you have already completed. Our Supplier Agreements in some cases also allow us to advance commission due to you on processed Sales Orders in circumstances where stock issues may delay your commissions for longer periods. Our risk position is reduced because we have your Suppliers agreement so we require a smaller discount of your commission and can advance up to 100% of Commissions Invoice(s) due and 80% of Sales Orders processed with your Supplier.

  • Commission Discount 3% for 28 days (ex GST)
  • 0.12% per day thereafter (ex GST)

Example:  $10,000 Commission Invoice due in 30 days from the time we advance you 100% of the Commission less the Commission discount, below is an example of how this is calculated.

  • $10,000 x 3% = $300.00 (for 28 days)
  • ($10,000 x 0.12%) x 2 = $24.00 (for 2 days)
  • Your commission is discounted by $324.00 and we transfer to you $9,670.00. When the invoice is re-paid we will invoice you, if any,  any further discounts (0.15% per day for each day over 30 days). The Supplier Agreement enables us to advance you up to 100% of the commissions you have invoiced. Its a win for all.

All calculations are excluding GST.

Advance Scale 2: NO Supplier Agreement

No Supplier Agreement – It may be that we do not have an agreement with your Supplier, in these instances there is more work for us to perform as well as extra risk to factor in to the agreement . However in saying this we will commit to confidentially without mentioning your identity or entity an agreement with your Supplier that will ultimately benefit you and your colleagues with future lower commission discounts. Without a Supplier Agreement we can advance up to 90% of Commissions on your commission Invoice(s) helping smooth out your cash flow so you don’t have to wait for 30, 40, 60 or 90 days or more to get paid on the hard work you have already completed relieving financial stress and helping you pay bills and have your focus back on sales targets. We cannot without a Supplier Agreement advance on processed Sales Orders.

  • Commission Discount 4.5% for 28 days (ex GST)
  • 0.15% per day thereafter (ex GST)

Example:  $10,000 Commission Invoice due in 30 days from the time we advance you 90% of the Commission less the commission discount, below is an example of how this is calculated.

  • $10,000 x 4.5% = $450.00 (for 28 days)
  • ($10,000 x 0.15%) x 2 days = $60.00 (for 2 days)
  • Your commission is discounted by $510.00 and we transfer to you $8,490.00. We retain the remaining $1,000 until the commission advance is repaid. When the invoice is re-paid we will deduct, if any, further discounts (0.15% per day for each day over 30 days) and transfer the remaining funds to you.
